Terms of sale

The present general terms and conditions constitute a distance sales contract, defining the rights and responsibilities of Argosi and you (“the Client”) in the framework of the buying and selling of catalogued products on the www.miaarssi.com website.


The terms and conditions only apply to purchases made by buyers in Croatia and delivered exclusively on Croatian territory, as the legislation applicable to distance selling for clients domiciled in foreign countries may be different to the present terms and conditions. Consequently, for all deliveries made outside Croatian territory, the principles of the present general terms and conditions will only apply if they are no contrary to the legislation of the country under consideration.

The validation of an order by the Client implies his or her agreement with the present terms and conditions.

After you place an order by clicking “Confirm and Pay”, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We then send you an email that confirms that the Products have been dispatched.

Please note that products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is processed, the stock position relating to particular products may change. If the product is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be refunded in the event that we have already received a payment.

Products on the site - availability

The images of the Products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflect the color of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

All sizes and measurements of Products are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information about Products or its price has been published in error.

The price of an item includes VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. The price of an Item does not include delivery and returns charges. You will be provided with details of our delivery charges during the order process.


You can pay for Products on the Site using the credit and debit cards and by bank transfer.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified as soon as possible.

All Products ordered remain our property until we receive full payment from you.


Delivery is possible to all EU countries. Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided when placing the order.

Shipping is provided and executed by an independent company. You agree to sign the delivery receipt for products received. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will  have 15 work days to collect the package from the carrier or collection point chosen by you, starting from the time indicated on the delivery notice left by the carrier. In all events, you will be informed as soon as possible when the item(s) become available.

Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or due to your failure to collect the package from the carrier or collection point within the indicated time, will be reshipped at your own expense.

In all events, Argosi promises delivery by a third party to the Client within a maximum of 30 days counting from the time of order confirmation or bank clearance of payment. Should this time period exceed 30 days and unless there is a case of force majeure, you may cancel the contract. In this event, Argosi will reimburse you for your purchase within 14 days from reception of notification on cancelation.

In all events, Argosi cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to a case of force majeure or a fault on your side.


If you change your mind about any purchased products you can return them to us (except the item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery) within 14 days of the order being delivered to you; a) if the product is unworn and unwashed (and there are no signs of wear and tear); and b) that the product have all tags attached or sewed and the product has been returned with correct dispatch and order information to us.

We will refund the price that you paid for the product. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid.

You will be responsible for returning the products to us including the cost of returning the products using a courier or other postal method. You should return the Products in their original packaging, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Products that occur before they are returned to us including where they are lost or damaged in transit.


Force majeure

In the event of a case of force majeure arising that makes it impossible for Argosi to fulfill its obligations, the contract is immediately suspended from the moment of notification by one of the parties by any means. In the same way, the party concerned shall inform the other party of the end of the force majeure and from the time of such notification, the contract shall be executable again. 

If such an event exceeds fifteen (15) days after its notification date, the contract shall be considered legally terminated. Any sums received by Argosi before this date shall be reimbursed to the Client.


Each of the clauses of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by Croatian law. This means your use of the Site and any contract for the purchase of Products through the website; and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the same will be governed by Croatian law, and Croatian courts will have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out if these Terms or your of this website.
